On this page you will find Plaintiff's Initial Disclosures.

You do not have to respond to this, Plaintiffs are required to supply this under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a).

Initial Disclosures

You will note that these "Disclosures" are meant to turn up the pressure on a Defendant; they contained thinly veiled threats to contact your neighbors, friends, and family.

Do not be intimidated or feel pressured to settle the case, let them try, who visits your home is confidential information protected by the First Amendment's Freedom of Assembly Protections; if they actually did contact your neighbors you would have an excellent harassment lawsuit and you, your friends and neighbors could file complaints with the Bar Association and really make Plaintiff's attorney pay.
